An independent natural gas centrifugal compressor project examination was carried out. As a result of the examination, it was found that the actual parameters of the designed compressor do not correspond to the required ones. Recommendations on optimization of the flow part are given to the customer.

The centrifugal compressors design methods of the CVRE Department, as well as computer modeling in the software complexes ANSYS and Numeca are widely used in the work.
